EVERY MOVEMEN IS 60 SECONDS WITHOUT A BREAK. THE FIRST EXERCISE IS CALLED BIG BIRD BICEP CURLS. WE’LL HAVE THE TURKEY, ELBOWS NICE AND TIGHT AND WE’RE CURLING REALLY SQUEEZING IT SO WEAN C KEEP IT NICE AND TIGHT. WE’RE WORKING THE MUSCLES THAT RUN ALONG THE FRONT SIDE OF OUR ARMS, OUR BICEPS AND FOREAR.MS JEN, WE CAN’T STOP THERE. WE GOTTA RAISE THAT TURKEY ABOVE OUR HEADS AND DO SOME TURKEY TRICEPS EXTENSIONS, KEEPING YOUR CHEST PRONOUNCED WITH A BIG SMILE ON YOUR FACE BECAUSE YOU KNOW SOON YOU’LL BE COOKING THIS BAD BOY IN THE OVEN. WE HAVE TURKEY TRICEP EXTENSIONS. AFTER THAT, WHAT IS THANKSGIVING WITHOUT STUFFING? HERE’S SOME STUFFING SIDE LUNGES, OKAY? WE’LL KEEP THE TURKEY HERE. WE’LL STEP OUT TO THE SIDE, COME RIGHT BACK UP AND AERLTTE SIDES. MAKING SURE YOU’RE SOFT ON YOUR KNEES, KIND TO YROU JOINTS AND LET THOSE TASTE BUDS RUN WILD BECAUSE I’M ALREADY GETTING EXCITED TO EAT, RIGHT? SO I TELL YOU WHAT. WH’SAT THE NOISE A TURKEY MAKES? GOBBLE GOBBLE. THE NEXT EXERCEIS IS GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBLET SQUATS. WE’LL SPREAD OUR BASE OUT, HEELS IN, TOES OUT, DROP THE HIPS DOWN, KEEPING THE CHEST UP. I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO FULL REST BECAUSE I WANT TO KEEP TENSION ON THE MUSCLES. THIS IS REALLY GOOD, BEFORE THE MEAL, TO WORK YROU GLUTES AND INNER THIGHS. LASTLY, JEN, AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE, OKAY? EVERYBODY SAYS THAT TURKEYS, THEY CAN’T FLY, RIT?GH TURKEYS DON’T FLY. TODAY, THEY DO. THIS IS CALLED Y,FL BABY, FLY. PLY YO HOPS. I’M GIVING THE BIRD HEIGHT, AMPLITUDE. YOU CAN FLY. THE OTHER THING I’M DOING IS RAISING MAY MY HEART RATE TO HELP ME BURN CALORIES. THANKSGIVING DAY, ENJOY WHAT YOU LOVE TO EAT. MY FAVORITE IS HAM AND CRANBRYER SAUCE. BUT WITH ANYTHING IN LIFE, IT’S LIKE IN FITNESS, IT’S ALL AUTBO BALANCE. BURN THE CALORIES AND THEN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT. JENNIFER: I LOVE IT.
