Dental clinic operator arrested for failing to pay $1.7M in taxes, federal official says

HOUSTON – A area dental clinic operator was taken into custody on fees of tax evasion and failure to pay out work taxes, U.S. Attorney Jennifer B. Lowery introduced Tuesday.

United States Attorney’s Workplace – Southern District of Texas claimed in a news release that the indictment, returned underneath seal on March 30, Jonathan Louis Lepow operated Lepow DDS.

He was allegedly the office and small business supervisor responsible for payroll obligations and earning tax payments to the IRS. Commencing in 2012, Lepow stopped paying out work taxes to the IRS, according to the charges.

These allegedly provided Texas Heart for Continuing Training, Lepow Qualities LLC, American Dental Offer LLC, Lepow Administration Inc. and Lepow Administration LLC.
