Which Digestive Enzymes Supplements Work Best?

When you have a healthy digestive system, you won’t get sick as often. When you don’t digest your food properly, you can run into digestive problems that will make your life miserable. The common digestive disorders include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), heartburn, and chronic diarrhea. A special type of enzyme called digestive enzyme supplements may be able to help you keep your body in good shape by helping to digest food because (a great) digestive supplement will have multiple enzymes.

Digestive Supplements

There are many different types of these digestive supplements. FCKS are made from live enzymes and are sometimes called non-digestible enzymes. Mats are made from nondigestible materials that the body cannot digest and are usually sold with their barter system.

One example of a digestive supplement that includes both FCKS and Mnts is the papain. The captain is made from a wood-like material and it may help ease digestive symptoms in those who have a hard time digesting carbohydrates. Some fruits that are particularly high in FKS include apricots, peaches, nectarines, prunes, persimmons, plums, and strawberries. Fruits like bananas and pineapple that contain relatively high amounts of pain may also be beneficial to aid digestion.

Gluten-free Food

One other type of digestive supplement for the food industry is gluten-free food. Gluten-free food is made from proteins that do not cause a person’s body to produce gluten protein. Gluten is the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. Some of the dietary supplements for gluten intolerance are flaxseed oil, amaranth seed oil, and pectin which come from apricots.

Along with a digestive enzymes supplement, you will also need a product to aid in the breaking down of foods that are too hard or chewy for your stomach. This product will add additional layers of chewy substance to the food you are trying to digest. You will use this product like a bread knife. This extra layer of substance on the outside will help break down the food further. If you ingest too many hard candies or other hard foods, your stomach acid may not be able to break it down as well. A great way to avoid this is by eating foods that are more alkaline such as apples, oranges, and bananas.

Ginger

Ginger has been used for centuries as a healing herb for the stomach, liver, and intestines. Ginger assists the digestive system in breaking down food. It can be taken as an infusion to assist in digestion, or as a simple table, spoon to mix in with your meals.
