Steak Masterclass: Learn how to pick and cook the perfect steak in this 3-hour hands-on class. You’ll be taught about different cuts of beef and how to best to cook them, along with delicious sides to complete a meal. Serve up tasty restaurant standard steaks in your own home.
Recipes include: Samba Steak with Herb Salsa; Korean Gochujang Steak with Slaw; Steak au Poivre with Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Greens
Plant-based Protein Meals: There’s no denying that many more of us are switching to a plant-based diet, and it can seem a daunting task to know what you need to replace that good old meaty stuff without buying something processed off the shelf. This 3-hour Men’s Health cookery class, hosted by the Good Housekeeping Institute, will teach you the skills to know what’s important in your diet and give you some inspiration for easy, fresh plant-based meals. So whether you’re a strict vegetarian or just trying to reduce your meat consumption, this class is for you.
Recipes include: Roast Cauliflower Tagine; Mexican Chickpea Burgers with Salsa; Jackfruit ‘Duck’ Pancakes
Lean Muscle Fuel: If you’re looking for some dinner inspiration, look no further. Men’s Health is cooking up a storm at the Good Housekeeping Institute. In this 3-hour cookery class you will learn how to add flavour to your food, while keeping it nutritious and on target to hit your goals. We know food is fuel, but we also think you should enjoy it!
